Dear Sisters,
We are living in a period when the whole humanity is going through a crisis due to natural and manmade calamities like corona virus. Consequently many are suddenly disappearing from this planet and others are languishing under the dark shadows of human’s sin and ignorance. At this time, the Lord, our Master and Lord is calling us to respond meaningfully to the situation around us. He calls us to introspect on our life of consecration. Let us ponder on the purpose of our special call by the Lord which the world of today cannot understand rather much maligned and criticized by the enemies of the cross.
Our dear Foundress Mother Seraphina says “the purpose of this special call, to which we have willingly and joyfully responded, is the sanctification of ourselves and others. The Lord has given you a vineyard you will be fortunate if you make it fruitful. Rear those little plants for heaven.” The vineyards are the fields of Education, Pastoral, Socio-medical mission. It is a great responsibility that we work at the salvation of each plant entrusted to us. It cannot be accomplished unless we are well equipped for it. She says, “One cannot give to others what one does not possess, if you do not form yourself at the foot of the tabernacle your mission will not only be successful but harmful.” St. Clare says in her blessings the very same things “be lovers of your souls and of your sisters” May the Lord be with you always and may you be with him always”. According to M. Seraphina “fraternal life is a silent martyrdom” Hence the two essential elements that constitute our consecrated life are keeping Eucharistic Jesus as center of life and action and living the fraternal life and our prophetic life in the field of mission which makes us martyrs and saints.
So let us take our precious life seriously which we live only once in this world. Let us keep walking on the way of the Cross, by humbly placing all our talents and time, at the service of others in the community and in the field of mission so that God may be glorified through our life. Let us repeat always this prayer “Lord make me a living and mobile tabernacle of yours.”(conf. M. Seraphina).

Dear Sisters,
With the blessings of the Lord and His constant accompaniment, St. Clare’s Provinceis completing 25 years of
its erection in May, 2019. It’s a time to lift our hearts and minds in gratitude to the Lord. He had been so gracious
and faithful to us in fulfilling His will and plan through our Province for the growth of the Church and the good of the
society wherever we are planted. All these years he cared for us and protected us from all kinds of evils and stood by us whenever
we faced challenges. As Eucharistic Missionaries, called to live our “Eucharistic Missionary Charism” we will have a yearlong“Eucharistic Missionary Year”
to mark this occasion beginning with August 11, 2018 on the feast day St.Clare and conclude on 1st May, 2019, the Institute day.
I am sure this year is going to be a year of grace for all of us. The Lord is waiting to fill our Province with His choicest blessings.
Hence let us be open to the Holy Spirit and receptive to His working to make this year a grace filled and memorable one.
